 RISE is holding a Christmas Raffle to raise funds for our campaigning work during the year. First prize is €500, second prize is €200, and third prize is €100.

You won't see any of our members at a Golfgate dinner because unlike other parties we don't take money from big business or the Golden Circle, we rely on people like you to assist our work in fighting against this hated government.

In the last year, RISE has been involved in building support for ecosocialist policies to tackle climate change, supporting the Debenhams workers' strike, defending public health workers and in the Dáil our TD Paul Murphy has been holding the government to account. We've also introduced legislation to ban evictions and to end the cruel practice of hare-coursing.

Alongside this, we have launched a new podcast, Rupture Radio and an ecosocialist quarterly magazine Rupture.

Next year, we want to continue our work by opposing any attacks on working people that the government attempt to launch, by continuing to stand with workers fighting back to protect their living standards, demanding we build public homes on public land and launching a Green New Deal with socialist policies to tackle climate change.
